湖南师范大学法学博士后科研流动站
法学博士后科研流动站成立于2014年，涵盖了国际法学、宪法学与行政法学、民商法学和环境与资源保护法学四个二级学科。依托的法学院拥有湖南省“十二五”重点学科法学学科，湖南省高校哲学社会科学重点研究基地WTO与现代国际法学研究中心和CTTI来源智库与湖南省专业特色智库“生态环境保护法治研究中心”以及《时代法学》杂志社；现有教授22人，博士生导师15人，国务院学科评议组法学专家组成员2人，全国杰出资深法学家1人，全国“十大杰出青年法学家”1人、“长江学者”特聘教授1人。

Secondary Disciplines: International Law, Constitutional Law and Administrative Law, Civil and Commercial Law, and Environmental and Resource Protection Law.
Research Platform: the Key Disciplines o Law in Hunan Province, the Key Research Base of Philosophy and Social Sciences in Hunan Province: the Research Center of WTO and Modern International Law, the Source Think Tank of CTTI and the Special Think Tank of Hunan Province: the Legal Research Center of Ecological Environmental Protection, and the Journal of Time Law.
Faculty: 22 professors, 15 doctoral supervisors, 2 members of the legal expert group of the State Council Disciplinary Review Group, 1 national outstanding senior jurist, and 1 national "Top Ten Outstanding Young Jurists" and "Changjiang Scholars" distinguished professors.
